LastPass extension icon lost since Opera 12.10

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Opera or the LastPass extension,
but since upgrading to Opera 12.10, the LastPass extension's icon has
been replaced with a generic extension icon. The extension itself works
fine, but since the LastPass icon changes according to state (logged in
vs. out) it is more than an merely cosmetic issue.

Upgrading to Opera 12.11 made no change. I'm currently running
opera-12.11-1661 and LastPass 2.0.13 on Mageia 2, 64 bits.

Any thoughts on what I should be checking to resolve this issue?

Answering my own question here, this is a reported issue with the
LastPass extension:

Interestingly enough, LastPass says the current version for Opera is
2.0.15...

...but clicking through to get it takes one to the Opera extension page,
which is at 2.0.13. Possibly the issue is fixed in the latest release,
which hasn't yet been pushed to the extension page.
